Production number from 2008, "I Can Hear Your Cell," a parody of "I Can Hear the Bells" from Hairspray, featuring actress Sherry Gibbs Houston.  It was called "the Judges' number" because judges Nellermoe, Angelini, Speedlin, and Reed helped take this number about confidentiality and public use of cell phones over the top.
